Wei Tao (陶玮)

I am currently a Senior Researcher at Tencent under the Project UP (青云计划).

I earned my Ph.D. from Fudan University, supervised by Prof. Wenqiang Zhang. I am fortunate to have collaborated with and learned from distinguished scholars, including Prof. Yanlin Wang, Prof. Hongyu Zhang, and Prof. Yu Cheng. I hold a B.S. degree in Computer Science from East China Normal University.

My Mission: I aim to bridge the gap between Foundation Models and Software Engineering (SE). My research focuses on Code Intelligence and AI Agent, specifically building autonomous systems that can understand, maintain, and evolve complex software ecosystems.
